## Steps

1. **Find overdue invoices** (app, QuickBooks) → Anything overdue?
2. **Anything overdue?** (branch) → if found: Draft the reminders; if empty: Nothing overdue
3. **Draft the reminders** (think) → Send these payment reminders?
4. **Send these payment reminders?** (decide) → if Send all of them: Send the reminders; if Only the ones under 30 days late: Send the reminders under 30 days late; if Not now: Note who was chased
5. **Send the reminders** (app, Gmail, changes something: runs only after an approved Decide) → Note who was chased
6. **Send the reminders under 30 days late** (app, Gmail, changes something: runs only after an approved Decide) → Note who was chased
7. **Note who was chased** (write)
